REPORTING:  Role will report to Directors

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answering telephone calls and directing them or taking messages
  • Liaise with the Financial Administrator to process supplier invoices and purchase orders onto Xero (previous use of Xero is an advantage but not essential)
  • Coordinating freelance staff availability / booking
  • Booking of accommodation, transport and other services
  • Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post
  • Maintaining office supplies
  • Meet and greet visitors and servicing meetings
  • Assist the Directors as required

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND KEY ATTRIBUTES OF THE CANDIDATE

  • Previous experience with Xero is an advantage but not essential
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service
  • Good IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular - Outlook, Word, Excel

  • Confident and friendly telephone manner

Key Roles / Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinating venue AV hire and support services along with trade dry hire business from the initial enquiry including specifying, quoting, generating pick lists and organising deliveries.
  • Producing daily schedules for our venue technicians including detailed information / plans when required
  • Provide technical support to our venue technicians
  • Occasional onsite work if required
  • Occasional meetings with clients to discuss their requirements

Required Skills

KEY ROLES / RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Hands on preparation of equipment for productions and dry hires to the highest standard.
  • Checking in equipment returned from hire.

You must be able to lift and carry heavy packages to load and unload vans as a minimum.
